Apcf.ro is a website created with the aim of informing all individuals and legal entities in order to raise awareness of financial crime, as well as its clients who purchase courses. The website pages provide general information about types of fraud, money laundering, information security or audit topics, products and services offered by APCF.

5. GOVERNING LAW
The rights and obligations of the parties, imposed by these terms and conditions, as well as all legal effects produced by this agreement, will be governed by Romanian law in force. Any dispute that has as its object this agreement will be brought to resolution before an arbitrator, and in the event that the parties do not agree on the appointment of an arbitrator within 15 days of notification of the dispute, the jurisdiction will revert to the Romanian courts.
