Course Delivery Policy

This policy governs the delivery of courses purchased through www.apcf.ro. By purchasing a course, you agree to the terms and conditions of this policy.

1. Course Delivery Method

Courses are delivered online or in-person and can be accessed through one of the following methods:

• Live online courses – accessible on our platform according to the established schedule.

• Pre-recorded courses – available immediately after payment confirmation.

• Course materials (PDFs, eBooks, video/audio recordings) – downloadable from our platform or delivered via email.

• Access to external platforms – for courses hosted on partner platforms, you will receive a link and login instructions.

• Courses with physical attendance - for courses with physical attendance, you will register on the website and you will later receive an email with the participation details

• Pre-recorded courses and digital materials - access immediately after payment confirmation.

• Live courses - access according to the schedule announced upon registration.

After completing the payment, you will receive:

2. Access instructions (link, user account, password, if necessary).

4. Return and Cancellation Policy

• Pre-recorded courses and digital materials – once access has been granted, no returns or refunds are accepted.

• Live courses – cancellation is possible at least 10 days before the start of the course. If you do not attend, the fee is non-refundable.

• Cancellation by the organizer – if a course is canceled, you will receive either a full refund or the opportunity to attend a future session.

• In-person courses – cancellation is possible 45 days before the start of the course. If the cancellation is between 44 and 30 days before the start of the course, then a fee of 35% of the course value is charged. Earlier than 30 days, cancellation involves withholding the full price paid for the course.
